As a head of scientific group running population based registry of congenital malformations in Belarus I was responsible for planning and supervision of scientific projects based on collected data. I prepared scientific reports and publications, did presentations at the conferences and meetings, coordinated the work of IT specialists on upgrading software and database used for scientific data analysis. I was writing technical specifications, doing support of the system, performed database management (writing the SQL queries, verification and aggregation of the information, searching for duplicates etc.) and even fixing issues and bugs. I did statistical analysis within descriptive and analytical studies (including logistic regression and Time-series analysis) and mentored young colleagues. For two years I worked as acting Scientific Secretary supervising activities of Research laboratories and PhD students in a clinical center with 1000+ members.
