I was a driving force in the mental health movement from 2015 - 2022, I started Sanctus and brought mental heath in the workplace support to hundreds of workplaces and tens of thousands of people. I wrote Mental Health at Work with Penguin. I sold Sanctus to PE in 2021-23. Now, I work 1:1 with Founders and Founding Teams as a thought partner, founder coach and brand builder. Coaching, facilitating, mentoring, advising - high level on the business and going deep on storytelling and brand. I help founders have as much impact as they possibly can, whilst being in a state of flow and creating the life, and business they want. I'm an entrepreneur, writer and creative that likes to take on complex social challenges and use brands to change stories, narratives and perceptions. I've created social change in mental health, Stoke and I aim to do the same in men and masculinity, and with the other businesses I work with. "Fail we may, sail we must" ⛴️
