***Promote bp’s charging solutions and services in the European eco-system to increase its utilization through partnering and business development activities*** Commercial and contractual responsibility for 3rd parties providing and using services related to bp’s charging network and public charging offer. Main responsibilities include: • Strategy creation: Developing and implementing roaming and partnering strategy across European markets, hereby thinking creatively to generate new opportunities for the business. • Commercial lead: Identifying opportunities for partnering with 3rd parties and aggregation platforms, hereby leading negotiations with full deal responsibility. • Bottom-line: Contributing to building a portfolio of options that provide short, medium and long-term commercial benefit for bp. • Pilots: Leading the implementation for new features by piloting with external stakeholders and OEMs (e.g. Plug & Charge).
***Ensuring oversight, assurance and systematic delivery of the High-Power Charging Backbone in Germany*** End-to-end accountable for delivery of HPC network. Leading an integrated, cross-functional team of owner and third-party resources. Key accountabilities include: • Offer development: Defining the standard HPC offer and leading the continuous improvement to enhance customer experience, satisfaction and increase cost efficiency. • Network planning: Analysing the existing (fuels) network to plan the HPC network expansion. Ensure effective sourcing and input coordination from across bp and 3rd parties. Managing opportunities for participation in government funding programmes. • Roll-out project management: Lead the overall oversight, planning, budgetary, resource management and reporting. Develop and maintain tools to accurately communicate the status of the roll-out including timely escalation and resolution of blockers on project level. • SME: Lead and coordinate software and process implementation within bp systems as SME on CPO and eMSP side. Facilitate the development of operational processes and software solutions with necessary business stakeholders.
***Enabling bp’s market entry into the eMobility space in key markets as expert for charging infrastructure*** Contributing to bp’s electrification strategy and business model as SME feeding into various workstreams and supporting task to prepare market executions. Main activities include: • Strategy creation: Supporting the definition of use-cases and go-to-market approach as part of expert team including 3rd party consultants; leading activity areas for charging infrastructure. • Standards & process definition: Providing technical expertise to local business stakeholders to facilitate the development of operational processes and the definition of system integrations. • Supplier selection: Feeding into various tender processes by coordinating and selecting vendors in terms of hardware and software solutions; support of supplier negotiations. • Project execution: Managing several workstreams in preparation of project execution and full market entry; resource alignment across business functions; definition of new business unit. Key highlight: Part of the team defining the Germany Strategy Playbook for eMobility hereby leading the roaming workstream; participation and contribution from analysis to start of market execution.
