In the first years of my career, I have been working as a Supply Chain consultant on diverse client assessments (Logistic Strategy Assessments, Cost Improvement projects, ...) driving them to create value. I strongly believe in the unique value of partnering with complementary profiles. Since October 2019, I have joined Ferrero in the Global Operations Development team based in Luxembourg (Global HQ). Main activities as Global Project Manager: >> Development and implementation of new cost estimation model (across multiple production areas, global model) - consolidating input from Engineering - Procurement - Design departments. >> In-depth cost sensitivity analysis of end-products, on a cost category and cost factor level >> Development of PLM tool to meet end-user expectations
Program Manager inside the Strategy & Innovation team for the Ferrero Group.
Responsible for Kinder toy engineering and automation projects within production area Europe. Ferrero yearly makes over 2,5 billion toys for markets across the globe.
Head of the Surprise Planning team (all product groups, 3 direct reports) for the European Production Area. Pivotal role between internal stakeholders (central planning and Ferrero finished goods plants) and external partners (injection suppliers, co-packing facilities, warehouses). Working on long term planning, co-packer management and production capacity forecasts of suppliers.
Global Chemical Company - Creation of Business Case for the implementation of an AI technology that will increase E2E visibility on their Supply Chain activities. The cognitive engine of the tool enables the workforce to take short-term decisions based on the suggested recommendations. Expected end results in reduced net working capital, improved OTIF performance and higher customer satisfaction.

Elected as head of committee of peers (20 people) responsible to welcome new joiners to the company (organization of monthly events ; tracking budget)
I supported a Business Analyst with the ongoing integration of recently acquired operations in Brazil. The project contained the analysis of the Brazilian oil and gas market, the screening of historical sales performance and investigating key customers profitability.
