As Program Manager of the Braine Safety Improvement Plan, I lead a strategic initiative aimed to develop and implement a strong safety culture across the UCB Braine Campus. I structure and coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional projects and initiatives, aiming to become ISO 45001 certified. Driving stakeholder alignment through clear governance, resource prioritization, and delivery consistency, embedding safety as a shared priority. As the Head of Clinical Supply Partnering at UCB, I am forging sustainable and robust alliances within a dynamic network of internal and external capabilities. My purpose is to ensure the supply of clinical trials, leveraging the collective expertise of our people and optimizing key drivers for success. In this pivotal role, I define and decide on the most suitable network solutions based on the optimization of key drivers and delivering the optimal strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each clinical trial.
Management of the business and operations for multiple products manufactured by contract vendors. In charge of a complex portfolio composed of blockbuster and Established Brands, within UCB global portfolio, the diversity of product strengths and forms required to interact with different vendors. As leader of the UCB Vendor Team for that portfolio, I’m in charge to ensure the supply of the product for the patient in strict compliance to the regulations and UCB requirements, managing the technical expertise and the costs.

Manager of the QA Systems & Compliance department, which is responsible to ensure the implementation and respect of pharmaceutical quality systems (Deviations, Change Control, Training, CAPA …). The responsibility is also to ensure the compliance of the site to all applicable regulations (EMA, FDA, ICH …), by the management of local procedures, execution of internal audits and hosting of customer & regulatory audits. This support department is also in charge of Annual Product Review redaction and Supplier Management, including audits and complaint management. The QA Systems & Compliance activities are supported by a team of 7 full-time persons, who are under my direct coaching. As part of the job, my responsibility is also to ensure the skills development of my team members and to lead continuous improvement projects.
I was responsible for the management of audits/inspections. Management of internal audits, from the planning to the follow-up, including the conduct of audits. Management of the customer audits or regulatory inspections from the preparation to the edition of the responses addressing the observations, in partnership with managers and site leadership team, including the hosting of the auditors/inspectors as primary contact and the supervision of the back-room. I was also in charge of supplier audits, handling of supplier complaint and the implement of some Technical-Quality Agreements with suppliers. As part of the job, I had the responsibility of the management of Annual Product Review and to ensure the compliance with international regulations, through the local implementation of corporate policy and standard. Over the top of these activities, the job requested to lead important follow-up meetings or metrics and improvement projects (5S, Green Belt, …).
Responsible for the entire process of internal audits within the Quality department. I also worked for the preparation, the support and the follow-up of customer audits. The job included also to work on some project of Quality improvement.
