Production planning, design-to-manufactioring, industrialisation and series development for the complete Rolls Royce model range. 8 Department Manager as direct reports with a total of 110 engineers.
Head of Department responsible for the design-to-manufacturing, complete vehicle validation and industrialisation for inhouse production, protoype build phase and handover to the target plant. 5 project leaders as direct reports and a project team of approx 50 engineers, covering 14 derivatives produced in 5 plants (Germany, UK, Netherlands, China).
