Responsible for the Group accounts including Corporate Holdings management. Guardian of the Group Accounting principles under IFRS framework and new ESG requirements. Ensure one single source of truth with financial system tools. Cooperate with all Countries CFO and support the Group CFO in Audit Committees preparation. Team of around 80 people located in around ten different places.
Responsible for the Consolidation and Reporting of the Group LafargeHolcim, manage a Team of 12 with the responsibility of the release of the Group accounts including the financial statements in the quarterly reports, preparation for the Audit Committees and Boards as well as support to the external financial communication. Participation to the main Finance Projects. Close collaboration with the CFOs of the 70 Countries in terms of Accounting treatments in compliance with the Group policies and budgeting / planning events reported into the SAP consolidation tool.
Responsible for the External Quarterly Group Accounts (around 80 countries with more than 700 Legal entities) with a dedicated Team of 10. Support the external financial communication and in close relations with the CFOS of the countries for the accounting and reporting supports, including budget and forecast events on a monthly basis.
