In my current role, I am globally managing financial reporting and corporate consolidation responsibilities for 190+ group companies. This includes consolidation of all legal entities operating under multiple geographies and currencies, ensuring group financial reporting as per IFRS, reviewing financials, initiating various process improvements such as standardization, centralization & automation of reporting matrix globally. Also, handling group auditor( KPMG Mauritius/ Singapore) for statutory audits & compliance. Implemented BPC, SAP Consolidation tool. I also look after Global transfer pricing and CbCR – Country by Country Reporting (BEPS requirement).
Responsible for preparation of Group consolidation for 150+ group companies operating under multiple geographies and currencies. Handling statutory Group audit (Consolidated and standalone) for all holding entities and coordinating with KPMG. Successfully implemented BPC ( SAP Consolidation tool). Analysis of financial ratios & advice management for any corrective action such as equity infusion. Initiating various process improvements such as standardization, centralization & automation of reporting matrix globally.
Review of financials of subsidiaries across the globe on monthly basis. Preparation of Sub consolidation and schedules. Preparation of PPT for change in accounting policy as required. Review of Monthly Management Report of more than 75 entities across the globe on monthly basis
