Responsibility of the whole Program Purchasing tasks in the AUDI C-BEV (eTron), flagship program that time for Plastic Omnium. - Collaboration in a Core-Team during the whole program life-time - Managing the whole purchasing content - RFQ and Sourcing of Bough-out-Parts - Supplier management during development phase - Mandated parts and supplier management - Tooling, pre-serial, trial management - PPAP process management for BOPs - Participation in Milestone Reviews
Faurecia Exteriors - Bumper Systems Responsible as Program Buyer for programs like: VW Touran, VW Tiguan, Daimler C217, Ford Fiesta B479 RFQ and sourcing of components in line with the purchasing dept's and the program's saving goals, supplier commercial, technical and timing management, support of PPAP process, troubleshooting, participation on program reviews.
Complete purchasing function in the plant located in Hungary and in close collaboration with the plant located in Rastatt, Germany. All-rounder for everything purchased for the Kecskemét plant and the Daimler content running there, like the W246 (B-Class) or C117 (CLA). Program buyer, serial buyer and even operative MRO buyer tasks.
