Paris, Île-de-France, France
Pioneering bilingual international Rugby journalist for over 35 years, having covered 8 Rugby World Cups and over 500 test matches. After 14 years as "Grand Reporter" at the leading French sports daily L'Equipe, in February 2013 I took over as Editor in Chief of "Attitude Rugby", a high-end rugby magazine based in Paris. Although focussing mostly on the written press, with articles published in all the major French and English-speaking newspapers, my career also covers Media liaison, TV, TV production, Radio, photography and interpreting. After being official interpretor for the French Rugby team in NZ (1984, 1986) I was the first ever Media Officer for the XV de France (1993-1995), and later 'Conseiller du Président' (advisor to the president) of Racing 92 as communications director and occasional French teacher (2013-2017). International rugby Consultant at Radio RTL (Paris), published my sixth book in November 2016 : "All Blacks, Au cœur de la Magie Noire" (Hugo Sports, Paris). Co-author since 2012 of French rugby year book 'Le Livre d'Or du Rugby', in 2020 I published another book in French "Au Cœur de la Fougère" with young French author and film-maker Vincent Fernandel.
