Program Management in EMS area. Responsible for managing regional and global projects related to Industrial Business, white goods segment. Managing scope, time, cost, risk, resource and quality. *Maintain the daily/weekly communication with customer representatives * Operational leadership on the program, with profit orientation and customer satisfaction in major focus * Responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets, prepare reports to higher management * Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results * Driving internal process developments, monitoring of product line supply chain and production, taking part in capacity planning * Driving continuous improvement projects to reach customer satisfaction * Take active part on customer QBRs and Assessment meetings * Responsible for customer spec. process development & improvement projects

Main specific job task: * Process Delvelopment * Sample production / Process verification * Process and Product documentation * Production support * Part release ( initial sample inspection report) * Corrective Action (5D Report, 8D Report) * Engineering Change Order * Training of employees (operator and maintenance) * Introduction of corrective action plans to fulfill performance indicators ( quality, cost, target date...)
