Service Delivery Manager - Monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed. - Be accountable for the quality of services and performances, ensuring future demand from growth and projects are undestood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems. - Drive internal and third party service review meetings covering performance, service improvments, quality and processes. - Working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments. Problem manager & process owner - Drive internal services covering problem management. - Managing the lifecycle of all problems. - Recording, managing and advancing the problem by escalting to proper level of expertise. - Coordonate actions between incident, change and configuration management.
