Entrepreneur, Manager, Engineer, Innovator. Focus on the future, focus on sustainability Sustainability needs to be the obvious choice without compromise, sustainable products need to stand out for multiple reasons, not just their sustainable credentials. For that we need new solutions. My goal is bridging the often troubled gap between engineering and business management. One of the biggest challenges I have discovered in tech start ups and scale ups is the communication of technical details and nuances of engineering projects to the key stakeholders and decision makers. Conversely Engineering teams and specialists often struggle to understand and participate in the business plan and decision making process, often engineering is done without consideration of the commercial implication. I believe the most effective way to address this is to lead from the front with both a business and engineering mentality to act as a bridge. By helping to better connect these two equally critical sides of a business I aim to bring new levels of efficiency to tech scale/start up businesses, avoid over engineering, save time/cost and streamline decision making for world leading technical solutions.
