Most intentional entrepreneurs and leaders eventually find themselves here. The "messy middle." It’s the space of uncertainty. A season of transition. Where something clearly needs to change - but what, exactly, isn’t obvious yet. What used to work no longer does. The next step isn’t clear. And beneath the competence and momentum, there’s a subtle tension: "I can’t keep doing this the same way." I know this place well. My own journey from engineering leadership and structured problem-solving into deeper leadership, coaching, and community work taught me something important: Clarity doesn’t come from more tactics. It comes from creating space to slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with who you’re becoming. That’s the work I do now. I create spaces for intentional entrepreneurs and leaders to move from anxious uncertainty to clear confidence, through deep personal work, real community, and experiences designed for meaningful transition. This shows up through: - small cohorts and circles - 1:1 coaching - retreats and immersive experiences - workshops for teams and companies What all of these have in common is DEPTH. This is not transactional consulting or surface-level coaching. It’s work that invites honesty, presence, courage, and clarity, often alongside others navigating similar questions. If you’re in a season of transition… If you feel called to become more grounded, confident, and aligned… If you want to move forward with intention rather than urgency… I’d love to have a conversation. I can help.

The Engineering Leadership Accelerator--People Skills Course (ELA) is an online program designed to help engineering professionals build their confidence and people leadership skills through skill-building sessions, related assignments, and easy to implement frameworks. The ELA course helps participants realize that they have the abilities needed to create and present clear ideas that will drive positive change and growth for them, their firm, and clients, and more importantly provides steps to take to do so. Typical engineering undergraduate curricula focus strictly on technical courses and ignore core skills that contribute to the overall success and profitability of firms. Also, missing is education in people management, which is a vital skill since most ideas in the workplace are brought to life by teams working together, especially in engineering. The ELA program helps fill in those gaps. The Level I course introduces participants to people skills foundations. The Level II course delves more into higher level leadership skills. Both Level I and Level II are given through short intense sessions over five-weeks. The program helps participants: Communicate more effectively with individuals and in team settings Build relationships that can drive better projects, more productive teams, and more business for your firm Present their ideas powerfully in front of an audience of any number of people Think creatively in an opportunistic way to help your firm and your clients grow Stay as productive and billable as possible while remaining valuable to your firm and customers Delegate more effectively using a proven framework Resolve conflicts with other team members Lead in a way that unites people towards a common goal https://engineeringmanagementinstitute.org/training-that-transfers/
