Under direction and directives of the Project Manager, tracking and managing site operations during the execution of the entire project in order to ensure the completion in compliance to the scheduled time and planned budget. Defining the priorities and the crucial milestones involving all departments interested in works execution. Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of production is kept under control too. Moreover, coordination of subcontractors to assist the Site Manager in order to respect an efficient method of builds according to the project standards. Contract management, highlighting any issues that may affect compliance with the obligations, the works time schedule and the targets defined on Project Breakdown Structure. Moreover, setting-up type/levels of schedules and Progress Measurement System considering Project complexity, areas of risks, policy duration, in compliance to the project standards and contractual specifications as well prescription. Also, preparing budget histograms, tables, curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipments) as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases. Furthermore monitoring daily erection progress reports as well as completion status in order to analyze and isolate any adverse trend to warn the PM and all production chain on time to taking corrective actions. Main Project: LPG CENTRE – TEMPA ROSSA Mechanical construction of LPG Storage Centre pivoted on two (2) LPG storage Tanks (Bullets) of 1.500 m3. Terminal located in Tempa Rossa - Basilicata (Italy).
Responsibility, coordination and management of all the site activities with control and monitoring of work progress, planning, contractual obligations and duties as well, Sub-Contractors management; economical forecast and technical results achieving. Management with other Contractors Representatives of all Civil activities involved and preparatory to mechanical scope of work in order to reduce interferences among different disciplines. Assisting Site Project Manager about contractual management and handling of claims or issues affected project execution schedule wrongly. Main Project: BUDOWA TERMINALA LNG SWINOUJSCIE, ERECTION AND CONSTRUCTION of Two Cryogenic Tanks (LNG) capacity of 160.000 m3 and all external steel structures connected as well as piping lines surrounded. LNG Terminal of Świnoujście (Poland).
