I am continuing to take over additional Central European regions, including Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia, besides the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Larger region would bring greater overview, now both Czechia, Slovakia and newly Poland.
I develop business in Czecho-Slovak area together with my great team and colleagues. We also search for new opportunities for Cordis.
I enjoyed leading a big team which consisted of managers and medical representatives in RX - cardio, gastro, ATB, pain and pharmacies; creating of business plan - marteting strategy, sales goals, bonus plan; cooperation with brand managers, marketing managers, analytical part - sales results, competitivness, team efficiency
I appreciated opportunity to learn also abroad how to recruit the right persons and develope marketing/sales team; in my native country I lead a team of senior representatives; from sales and development perspective I focus on RX, VET, OTC, Hospital segment and Communication with key clients.
As a young guy I get a chance to develop Krka sales and marketing team, I also enjoyed dealing with our key accounts and recruitment
