About

I’m a senior executive who thrives at the intersection of insurance, healthcare, and technology — transforming established organizations into agile, customer-centric platforms. As CEO & Founder of Mavie (a UNIQA Group company), I built and led a multi-market healthcare ecosystem that today serves 1,000+ corporate clients and millions of end users through digital health, telemedicine, home diagnostics, corporate health & wellness, and 24-hour care services. Under my leadership, Mavie completed eight M&A transactions, expanded across ten European countries, and became a recognized leader in integrated health solutions. I also serve on the Supervisory Board of Mavie Med Holding GmbH and Investment Committee of Mavie Next GmbH, supporting strategy and governance for one of Austria’s leading private healthcare networks — bridging medical services, digital health, and insurance innovation. Earlier, as Head of Group Finance at UNIQA Insurance Group, I directed transformation programs across 17 markets, issued a €500 m hybrid bond, and implemented SAP S/4 HANA — building a modern, data-driven finance organization. I’m passionate about leading diverse, high-performing teams and scaling businesses that deliver both financial impact and human value.
