Established in 1995, American Cooler Service, Inc. are an FAA/EASA approved 145 Repair station strategically located in Dallas, North America. Specialising in Class I & II accessories, core competency includes Heat-transfer equipment (including full core replacement capability), Pneumatic, electrical, waste and APU components for a variety commercial and regional aircraft platforms & engine types. Our loyal and valued customer base spans the Americas, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia & African regions, and includes a prestigious portfolio of Airlines, MROs, stockists, brokers and Integrated service providers. Appointed to develop and grow new & existing customer base for component maintenance (MRO) within Europe, Middle East, Africa, India & Asia regions. Key responsibilities include: • Business Development and Strategy • Gathering market, customer and competitor intelligence • Marketing company products and services to commercial aerospace customers, primarily within Airlines, MRO's, stockists & service providers • Promoting and maintaining effective working relationships within key areas of business, catering to specific customer needs. • Attending & leading customer performance review meetings • Identifying sales prospects and probability of success. • Gathering market, customer and competitor intelligence • Sales planning and forecasts • Update and maintain CRM system • Representing company at national/international trade show & conferences
