- Create and implement operational strategies that align with MMG’s goals and the UAE market's needs. - Streamline workflows across departments to enhance consistency and efficiency. - Lead initiatives in digital transformation, sustainability, and market expansion. - Prepare and review critical technical and safety documents, including method statements and risk assessments. - Select and manage contractors and vendors for installation and technical services. - Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost control. - Work with Finance to set and manage operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets.
