I build a PMS for short-term rental operators. Not for demos. I’m CTO at RentalReady, the operator-led PMS powering professional STR operations across Europe and beyond. I’ve been a CTO from day one. After EPITA and a stint at Morgan Stanley, I co-founded BnbLord in 2015 as CTO and helped scale it into a leading property management company in France and Portugal, before its acquisition by GuestReady in 2019. Algorithmic and electronic trading production support - Monitor Equity Orders executions and routing, Compliance, Back Office, and Crossing systems to catch and fix problems as they occur - Design, develop and deploy internal monitoring system and automated infrastructure checks, system health and orders executions. - Communicate with multiple departments and manage incidents impacting the trading system. - Proactively identify areas for stability improvement in the software/hardware stack as well as operational processes - Work closely with development staff to reduce single points of failure and improve stack performance.
Front & Middle Office IT support on Cash Equity business (Program Trading, DMA & DSA flows and facilitation) : • Order management and Execution Systems (Fidessa) • Exchange/Client Connectivity (FIX protocol) • Middle office allocation/booking • Interfaces (Unix/Sybase and Tibco) & Report (Business Object) Main responsibilities : • Incident / Request management - direct contact with business users (front-office, middle office, COO, compliance) development teams and business analysts) • Participation in the amelioration/automation/creation of processes both for the business or production services activities • Preparation and deployment of releases • Monitoring improvement (development of new samplers/alerts on ITRS)
