Responsible for the timely and efficient execution of the projects as active project manager with the lead for the resource planning and the local team. Yearly project revenues of 5-6 MCHF with an project size of between 50 - 500 kCHF.
Technical responsibility for the newly created service department. Elaboration of the processes and workflows with an 24/7 support and escalation procedure. Know-How transfer and build-up of the outsourced support organisation in the service center in India. Project management for Software roll-outs and upgrades for installed base.
Business Unit for Minerals Projects Worldwide Engineering and commissioning of MES Systems. Installation of TIS (Technical Information Management System) for Holcim Apaxco in Mexico. Leading the project team with local engineers from the customer and ABB Mexico. Implementation of TIS for Holcim France including developement of standard configuration for the country specific requirements.
