Charles Gheur is Director of the Brussels Study Center (former Brussels School of Competition), which offers postgraduate courses in competition law and economics as well as the law of artificial intelligence. Charles is also a legal adviser to the Minister-President of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and an assessor at the Belgian Competition Authority. He previously worked as Director of Public Affairs at Burson-Marsteller and in the Legal Department of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium. He began his career as an assistant and researcher at the Institute for European Legal Studies at the University of Liège.
