Educated at top business schools and having lectured at leading universities and for industry, I bridge academic rigor with practical impact. I’m passionate about creating agile, human-centered organizations that deliver not just results, but meaning and innovation across education and industry.
With the help of 10 committed collaborators constituting the Department of Education and Student Affairs, we are managing the complete student cycle from admission to graduation. My teams manage two bachelors and seven masters programs, for a total of over 3000 students and 400 courses. We are digitalizing and optimizing our work processes and constantly striving for a goodwill culture.
The Swiss Center of Expertise in Life Course Research LIVES is a prestigious research center involving over 200 researchers distributed across 5 universities and 4 applied universities. Planning Planning yearly activities of the NCCR and participating in strategic meetings; Supporting the development of the LIVES scientific programs and writing reports; Optimizing standard operating procedures & redesigning the organizational structure; Orchestrating the production of reports for the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF); Elaborating inter-university and inter-faculty conventions Directing / Coordinating Implementing decisions of the Management team; Heading the Shared Services team and chairing the Administrative Committee; Managing stakeholders and representing the NCCR LIVES; Leading the structural change of the NCCR LIVES Organizing / negotiating Managing budgets and programs: Open access, visiting scholars, LIVES award… Organizing important scientific and networking events: Conferences, NCCR Day, LIVES Debates... Animating scientific and strategy workshops, and training students; Alleviating conflicts within the NCCR LIVES Monitoring Following-up on the production of the research teams Documenting the NCCR LIVES databases; Managing the performance of collaborators and elaborating managerial tools such as KPIs; Supervising and adapting the research content of the LIVES website
