I design learning experiences that foster human development, collaboration, and systemic change. My work integrates participatory methodologies, systems thinking, and international education to support individuals and organizations in their transformation processes. With more than 20 years of experience, I design and facilitate immersive learning journeys, international programs, and collaborative processes that strengthen socio-emotional skills and the ability to navigate complex environments. As the founder of Brazilian Experience and through my work with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), I engage in international collaboration, stakeholder engagement, community management, and intercultural facilitation across multiple countries. My global journey took shape through study experiences in the USA, France, and Spain, which broadened my perspective and transformed the way I learn, live, and contribute. I integrate practices such as Theory U, Art of Hosting, Nonviolent Communication, Liberating Structures, and Sociocracy to create spaces of trust, innovation, and deep learning. Areas of focus: international education, leadership development, participatory facilitation, experience design, program management, experiential learning, systems thinking, community building, workshop design, social innovation, and organizational transformation.
