Project Engineering • Completion of primary and detailed engineering for project execution. • Review and control of sub-contractor engineering to ensure that it meets all contractual requirements and the functional design of the electrical system. • Integration engineering of plant systems both between systems and to the distributed control system. • Lead technical discussions and provide suitable justification for design decisions during client design review. • Ensure that plant meets regulatory requirements, including operational performance and compliance testing. Assembling compliance documentation for submittal to regulatory authorities. Project Management • Ensure engineering deliverables, both internal and from sub-contractors, are completed in accordance with the overall project schedule. • Support procurement process and sub-contractor selection, with technical assessment of tenders, in addition to risk and cost evaluation. • Development of the overall commissioning plan for primary electrical plant.
