I am a UX/UI designer, a previous front-end developer, with a strong background in fine arts, graphic design, and photography. My degree in fine arts taught me visual problem solving and how to translate abstract ideas into concrete visual solutions. Following university, I was introduced to coding through Processing, a coding language made to teach software to artists and designers. I moved from Processing into mobile Android development and from there to web development with Angular. My coding experience has taught me how to build and work with software systems and to understand the importance of UX/UI to achieve a successful outcome. I have worked intensively with user interfaces and the user experience on a variety of apps and web projects over the past 6 years; from events, banking, and courier apps to insurtech websites. I have a passion and strength for the visual communications field in design, illustration, 3D, and recently 2D animation. UX/UI is a field that enables me to combine my interests in design, psychology and technology to build innovative and interesting experiences. I am constantly learning and keeping my knowledge up to date with the latest trends in tech and design.
