Delivery of HR services, tools and processes for organisation in Switzerland (two locations). Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, mobility, performance management, training and development, compensation (coordination with external payroll provider), employee relations, redundancy and redeployment. Participation in HR projects.
