To organize the finance team to accurately report all results (monthly, quarterly, annually) from a legal perspective as well as from a performance perspective. Together with the NedZink management team, implement the Route’27 Strategy, reporting on the progress and (co-)driving initiatives to ensure NedZink continuously improves its financial performance in line with the short and long term goals.
