With 22 years’ experience in the Optical Industry I utilise my knowledge and expertise to lead the development and delivery of recruitment resourcing of professionals for the Australian and New Zealand business and proactively identify, attract and recruit the best talent for Specsavers’ stores. Started Career as an Optometrist with Opsm in 1995. Progressed from Optometrist to Managing Optometrist to cluster leader and then finally to Professional Services Manager/Regional Eyecare Manager.
