Further project assignments in business areas “air quality control systems” (flue gas desulfurization, DeNOx, electrostatic filter), “nuclear” (El Dabaa / Egypt, Paks / Hungary) and “gas” (gas turbine) - Highest deciding position in the project for quality issues - Providing advice and supporting Project Director and Project Managers to assure accomplishment of the project according to contractual and normative Q requirements - Q strategy: planning, implementing, controlling, adjusting - Ensuring that contract, norms, rules, standards and KPIs are met during project execution - Representing of Q to external, internal customers, consortium partners and suppliers - Coaching of the quality group leaders in optimizing of existing and the implementing of new processes - Verifying of customers Q requirements with regard to internal standards: identifying and clarifying of deviations, risk management - Examining and solving of customer complaints to Q issues: root cause / 8D analysis, containment / corrective / preventive actions / conducting lessons learned workshops - Contract specific interlinking of worldwide inspections and achieving of approvals with customer, consortium partners, notified bodies and suppliers by keeping the Q budget - Executing gate reviews and internal audits (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001) - Establishing and implementing of project specific, Q relevant documents (according to Project Quality Plan) - Establishing of reports for steering committee, executive board, project director and quality director - Establishing and further developing of the project quality organization
