I work closely with business leaders to identify performance gaps before they become problems. Using data and close alignment with company goals, leading learning solutions that close the right gaps at the right time. I've been doing that for 15+ years, the last six leading learning design teams at Amazon and Miro. Most recently at Microsoft, I'm building AI-powered learning products, including tools that generate and deliver microlearning in the flow of work. I use UX, data, and AI to get past what people ask for and into what they need. That's been true whether I'm leading a team, setting a learning strategy, or building a proof of concept from scratch. I'm also publishing a book with ATD, a practical guide for learning designers who are expected to move work forward without complete direction, clear requirements, or enough resources, and still deliver solutions that change behavior and improve how work gets done. A few things I'm proud of: ➡️ Presenter, ATD 2026 — Build Team Systems That Save Time, Improve Quality, and Increase Delivery Capacity ➡️ Presenter, CLO Exchange 2026 — AI in the Learning Era ➡️ Presenter, DevLearn 2025 — From Product Roadmap to Prototype ➡️ Presenter, DevLearn 2025 — Tracking Impact with xAPI and Articulate Rise ➡️ Presenter, Articuland 2025 — Design AI Simulations ➡️ Presenter, ATD AI Intensive 2025 (x2) — GenAI in Learning Design & AI Simulations ➡️ Presenter, DevLearn 2024 — AI Face Off: Solutions in the Spotlight ➡️ Panelist, DevLearn 2024 — E-Learning Trends: Perspectives from the Articulate Community ➡️ Presenter, Adobe Learning World 2024 — Empowering Learning Teams with UX in Instructional Design ➡️ LinkedIn Top Voice in Education, 2019 ➡️ 115K+ community focused on learning design, AI, and skill development
