• Reporting directly to the Regional CFO and Regional Commercial Leaders in EMEA • Business Finance Partnering with regional / country leadership to provide business review, guidance and insights for strategic decision making • Leading financial planning, forecasting and analysis activities during monthly roll up • Responsible for execution of yearly profit plan (1 year) and long-term plan (5 year) • Track and support financial reporting package including: P&L (EBITDA), B/S, finance dashboard and KPIs • Ensuring timely monthly/quarterly closing as well as compliance with financial reporting and consolidation (SOX & US GAAP) • Supporting activities in alignment with overall Finance vision / Philosophy • Act as Liaison between Business and all Finance functions to ensure business needs are met and financial discipline is maintained • Collaborate with the Global FP&A team to ensure data integrity and drive process improvements
