This schedule emphasized project milestones and critical paths, adhering to a well-timed, sequenced build philosophy. This approach facilitated the fabrication and installation of substantial steel components, 17,000 Exotic/Carbon Steel Pipe Spools, 900 km of Power & Control Cable, and multiple E&I and Mechanical Systems. These systems included LV/HV SWRM, Flash Gas, MEG, HP/LP Separators, Power Gens, and Living Quarters, collectively weighing 30,000 tons.

This encompassed E&I Systems, Control and automation, a newly Built Desalination Module (Design/Fabrication subcontracted to Cameron/AKD), and 3 Propane Compressors. Leading 2 Senior Planners and 1 Junior Planner, I reported directly to the Project Services Manager. My responsibilities included generating and sustaining all planning-related project needs using P6. My team devised integrated Brownfield and Greenfield plans, effectively managing multiple Onshore & Offshore Shutdowns.
