I'm a Black Belt engineer with over 13 years' experience in the deployment of Lean projects, having worked in various sectors such as industry, logistics and hospitals. My career path has taken me from ETIs to FMCG multinationals, enabling me to acquire a global and adaptable vision of operational challenges. I have developed expertise in Lean Management, crisis management and security, notably as project manager during the Covid-19 pandemic.
