I'm a Black Belt engineer with over 13 years' experience in the deployment of Lean projects, having worked in various sectors such as industry, logistics and hospitals. My career path has taken me from ETIs to FMCG multinationals, enabling me to acquire a global and adaptable vision of operational challenges. I have developed expertise in Lean Management, crisis management and security, notably as project manager during the Covid-19 pandemic. I'm now ready to share my expertise to help organizations like yours improve performance and prepare for future challenges. Inventory Control ensure the accuracy of inventory at the warehouse AND are of standard quality. - Responsible for the Stock Control and Quality Assurance team based on the robotized site of Brétigny sur Orge. - Manage between 210-250 employees, in 5x8 with 5 team managers . Manage projects and propose quality improvements, ensure the application of standards from goods receipt to customer shipment (audits, etc...). . Management of non-compliance, customer complaints .
