I build momentum in organisations that are growing, changing or becoming more complex. At Sigli, I lead the Benelux operations and work at the intersection of strategy, people, technology and execution. My background spans general management, commercial leadership, product thinking, digital transformation and change management. Over the years, I have built teams, opened markets, supported leadership teams, helped organisations move from ambition to implementation, and worked in contexts where growth required more structure, clearer ownership and better ways of working. What defines my work is not technology for its own sake. It is the ability to create movement: understand where value or friction sits, align the right people, make decisions concrete, and build the systems and rhythm needed to get things done. I am especially interested in roles and environments where strategy, operations, governance and impact come together, and where strong ideas need to become practical, scalable execution.
At Sigli, we specialize in digital product development and digital transformation with a focus on data, AI, and cloud solutions. We provide end-to-end services, from concept to deployment, enabling businesses to modernize their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Lead Benelux operations, combining strategy, stakeholder management, delivery alignment, partnerships and operational follow-up. • Build structure in a growing regional operation, connecting commercial priorities, delivery capacity and partner collaboration. • Work with executive stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into practical roadmaps, operating models and implementation paths. • Align business, technical and delivery teams around clear priorities, realistic execution and measurable outcomes. • Support adoption and change by making complex technology understandable, actionable and relevant for non-technical stakeholders.
Member of the Apply AI Alliance, the European Commission’s stakeholder forum on AI adoption, policy and responsible implementation. I focus on the practical side of trustworthy AI adoption: how SMEs and enterprises can move from experimentation to responsible implementation, with the right governance, safeguards, human oversight and adoption practices. I also follow the role of AI in education and EdTech.
Advising local entrepreneurs in the city of Oosterzele on practical digital adoption, AI and automation. Through individual office hours and hands-on practice sessions, I help business owners identify where time is lost, which processes create friction, and how accessible technology can create immediate operational value. The initiative is organised by the Municipality of Oosterzele to make innovation more accessible for local SMEs, retailers and self-employed professionals.
Lead of the D.T.A. Lab within House of Boards, focused on helping boards and leadership teams understand the strategic impact of digital transformation, AI, data usage, governance and risk. I support discussions where technology, accountability, regulation, ethics and business impact come together, helping leadership teams distinguish between hype, operational value and strategic responsibility.
Initiated KLIM, a learning support project for families, built around real student material, structured learning support and responsible use of technology in education. The project explores how technology can support children and parents without becoming a shortcut, with a focus on trust, user behaviour, responsible design and measurable learning support.
