Starting from scratch in 2012, I have structured and developed a full business activity developing and producing cockpit components: Instrument panel, door panel, cockpit and interior trims across China. In 2017 this activity reached 650 M€ of total sales involving 18 plants, 3 tech-centers and 5000 heads. Leading: • Business development strategy and implementation (More than 40% average CAGR). • Sales and program development: > 100 programs running thru 3 tech centers. • M&A and partnership with OEMs and Chinese companies. JV structuration and co-management. • Operations including launch of 12 plants and operating 18 plants across China. • People development enhancing local team leadership empowerment.
In charge of customer Sales and Programs activities ~ 550 M€, for all PSA automotive interior parts. Leading: • Acquisitions of new businesses. • Program in development. • Serial life activities: VA/VE, face lift, sales squeeze management.
In charge of a Design & Engineering center for engine air and fuel Intake systems. Project development and industrialization of Engine and Body Equipment components for PSA, RSA and Ford.
