He has delivered successful International recruitment campaigns, executive search (retained assignments) and managed service agreements within highly technical sectors; Oil & Gas (Drilling Contractors, Oilfield Service Providers, Maintenance & Fabrication - Offshore Assets) Civil Engineering (Metro/Rail, Roads/Highways, Infrastructure, and Buildings). He has a successful track record in people management and development, including the creation and delivery of staff training programs and the implementation of personal development plans. He is experienced in managing direct hire strategy and delivery, New Business Development/Key Account Management as well as managing P&L for the Country. Experienced in the successful delivery of monthly, quarterly and year end budgets, rolling forecasts and in high level business reporting.
