I am leading the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team at Amber Infrastructure, a specialist fund manager with over €15bn of AUM across 175+ investments. My background is in infrastructure and project finance, and having worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, my focus today is on the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), a €1.1bn commercial fund targeting core-plus infrastructure investments in the energy, transport and digital infrastructure sectors.

Senior member of the Capital Projects and Infrastructure team advising bidders on infrastructure transactions in Central and Eastern Europe (15+ countries). Senior role covering the full scope of strategic and financial advisory services, including advice on project feasibility, funding and financing strategies, project risk assessments, procurement and governance. Key project experience includes: -Melbourne Airport: Investment appraisal of the $1.5bn third runway to address capacity constraints at the airport. -Victorian Desalination Plant: Commercial and financial advice during the refinancing of the $3.5bn PPP debt. -East West Link: Development of financial and risk analyses for the $6bn toll road PPP. -Peninsula Link: Development of the payment mechanism model to supervise the application of the KPI regime for to the $850m availability based road PPP.
