• Governed the Commercial Systems, Effectiveness, Planning and Insights in a newly established region that combined 8 European countries, achieving double digit growth and revenues of over $150M a year • Transformed the business governance, established the operating rhythm and strategic direction of our region as Chief of Staff and member of the Leadership Team. • Expanded the reach of our life saving products to patients in the Netherlands, overseeing operations generally in a Taskforce Lead assignment

• Established International best practices in incentive compensation design, patient forecasting and field force sizing that resulted in successful product launches and growth opportunities in Australia, South Korea and Taiwan R.O.C.
• Hired and developed a team of three commercial analysts to support the Western Europe Countries sales teams and commercial operations • Implemented salesforce.com CRM for 180 users in 11 countries with harmonised business processes and 35% improvement in data quality • Established data visualisation analytics processes using data sets joined into a regional analysis database (SQL), resulting in a 500% increase in user adoption of business intelligence tools
• Co-ordinated across functions and local-regional-global operating levels to establish a ‘Launch Playbook’ that transformed the approach of planning and executing successful new product and indication launches • Led cross functional launch plan creation workshops and launch plan reviews to support new product launch teams • Set up an online launch platform that allowed cross functional teams the visibility of launch plans, plan progress, upcoming activities and actions to solve problems
