I'm a C-suite commercial leader with a 15+ year track record of delivering business transformation, building high-performance teams and securing game-changing partnerships across global sport. I began my sports career in Formula 1, working in commercial roles at teams including Jaguar Racing, Red Bull Racing & Virgin Racing. That grounding in the highest level of global motorsport shaped my understanding of elite performance environments & gave me early exposure to world-class brand partnerships. I have maintained deep relationships across F1 ever since. After that I played a central role in the development of Formula E - both as a sport and as a commercial platform. I helped launch & build Envision Virgin Racing for Sir Richard Branson and the Virgin Group working as CMO & deputy MD (sitting over the entirety of sales, marketing, brand, PR/comms, digital, events, partner management & sustainability) shaping its commercial strategy and marketplace proposition from the ground up, and overseeing the acquisition of the largest sponsorship deals in Formula E at that time. I built a compelling brand through some of the most innovative activations seen in Formula E, including creating the team’s iconic ‘Race Against Climate Change’ ESG initiative, which continues to underpin its commercial success to this day. At Mahindra Racing Formula E Team, I served as Chief Commercial Officer and member of the senior leadership team, with end-to-end responsibility for commercial strategy, revenue, brand, partner management, team marketing, merchandise & licensing, communications/PR, sustainability, digital and events. Across both ventures, I’ve led the acquisition & delivery of major global partnerships, structured commercial departments, introduced new revenue streams, built compelling brand propositions and led cross-functional teams. I also spent time in W-Series (forerunner to F1 Academy) driving the commercial development of women's sport. I'm currently working for the World Endurance Championship (WEC), encompassing the iconic Le Mans 24hr, helping refine the commercial proposition and taking it to market to attract commercial partners. Built and led a commercial & marketing team, overseeing the establishment of significant new partnerships and the creation of 'Planet Positive', an ESG platform that will return the team to a leadership position within Formula E from a sustainability perspective. In addition to giving women an equal opportunity in motorsport, W Series was a platform for inspiring broader societal change in relation to equality, diversity and inclusivity. My role included building the commercial & brand strategy and leading on creating the sustainability strategy of the series. I was also active in the marketplace establishing purpose-driven partnerships with some of the world's most innovative and forward looking organisations, including Hankook, Ferrari Trento and Puma.

    Headed the commercial operation for the start-up SuperCharge, an all new global racing series set in urban locations, based on electric crossover roadcars you can buy, working with ex-IMG Global Motorsports MD and team, funded by well known motorsport investment experts. Strongly purpose-driven, it existed to supercharge the race to a more sustainable future. Role covered creating the commercial strategy and taking it to market. I also leading on the creation of the sustainability strategy for the series. Delivered 7-figure HoT partnership deals with two globally renowned brands (tyre category + EV charging category) before Covid regrettably resulted in a discontinuation of the project. www.supercharge.live
