As Director of Finance at Pierre Real Estate, I lead the financial strategy and control functions of a real-estate platform active across France and Luxembourg, specialising in promotion, asset management and client-tailored development projects. As Managing Director, I lead the strategic and operational direction of the Luxembourg-based publishing house, specialising in thought-provoking works that sit at the intersection of science, faith, philosophy and culture. Since the company’s inception in 2021, we have focused on delivering high-quality editorial content and international distribution for flagship titles such as “God, The Science, The Evidence”. I oversee different facets of the business including acquisition of manuscripts, editorial review, production, rights and licensing, marketing and global distribution. -Define and execute the company’s publishing strategy, focusing on high-impact non-fiction titles. - Manage the full lifecycle of each publication from acquisition to distribution, including relationships with authors, academic experts, translators and global rights partners. - Oversee editorial standards, ensuring the intersection of science and philosophy is handled with intellectual integrity and wide appeal. - Lead the marketing and promotional efforts for flagship titles, working with media, academic events, conferences and online platforms to generate thought-leadership and visibility. - Develop strategic partnerships for translations, international rights sales and special editions, thereby expanding the company’s footprint beyond Luxembourg and France. - Monitor financial performance of the publishing portfolio, allocate budget across acquisition, production and marketing, and ensure sustainable growth in a competitive global publishing environment. - Build and manage a lean but high-performing team of editorial, production and rights specialists. We successfully launched “God, The Science, The Evidence,” a three‐year research project involving more than 20 scientists that presents modern scientific evidence for the existence of God. The book has attained wide market traction and sparked international debate on the relationship between science, theology and philosophy.
