Working in combination with IOP BV and IOP bvba was nice for a better understanding of cross border possibilities in Europe. It is great to help others with this knowledge. Working on a no cure no pay base seemed not to be evident but it worked out fine and resulted in a grateful job.
Working for IOP filled the gap of experience I needed. The bad news was that the work relation ended quite abrupt but it caused me to start doing the things I love to do. IN BVBA and IN Nederland were the result of the business I started in 2001. It was a great time starting from scratch and growing like no one else. Nice customers ( who isn’t? ) with lots of personal contact. A takeover of Computools BVBA was an major effort. Customers use (not) to pay after the materials were delivered had to shift to prepayment. Nice to do such an exercise with a loss of less than 2% of the customers. Good teamwork! It was a wrong decision to sell the company the way we did.
