Together with a worldwide team comprising Product Managers and Customer Service Specialists we developed Airbus market share in Standard Parts as a key competitive market which we had set out to impact. Within 3 years we fully reshaped the upstream supply method and cost of parts, repriced and marketed the product and roll it out, successfully signing up major airlines and MRO worldwide for long term supply agreements.
The team is responsible for initally provisioning vendor aircraft parts and tools to customer airlines, managing consignment and surplus stocks, as well as product lead for vendor parts, tools and GSE for all Airbus customer services.
EADS General Procurement is the shared service for indirect procurement across EADS Divisions : Airbus, Eurocopter, Astrium, Defence & Security, Airbus Military. One of the most powerful indirect procurement organisations in Europe, comprising 8BN € spend and over 470 staff, serving more than 70 sites. • Ownership and Management of the SAP EBP platforms for EADS Divisions in scope of EGP. Definition of EADS level tool consolidation strategy, definition and alignment of mid-term division level strategy, management of project teams on division and EADS levels. • Ownership and management of the EADS Catalogue Center.comprising >500 supplier catalogues serving all EADS divisions (broader than EGP), management of the associated services, processes, financials and supplier relationships. • Definition and implementation of common business operation processes & tools for operational and tactical procurement. Strategic roadmap elaboration and implementation as regards usage of external service providers (Business Process Outsourcing) on EADS level. • Direct Operational Reports : 11 to 15, Direct Subcontracting budget : 10M€, Indirect IT Budget : 2M€
