Starting my career at Holcim 20 years ago, I currently serve as a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Operational Excellence. My journey within the Group has evolved from financial leadership, project management to driving global strategy and M&A, manufacturing transformation, and operational performance across international markets. In my current role, I lead a cross-functional mandate that integrates Cement Manufacturing, Decarbonization, Geocycle, Process Innovation, Procurement, Logistics, Trading, and Holcim MAQER, all of which are key operational functions within the Group. I am passionate about driving operational efficiency while accelerating decarbonization across our operations to deliver on our commitment to sustainable construction and profitable growth. I firmly believe that true excellence is built through people. I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, performance and continuous learning, where teams are empowered to innovate, challenge convention, and lead transformation across the business.
