As Team Manager Electrical Engineering I have the lead over the entire group of electrical engineers and lead engineers, within the department Drives & Automation. This group has a size of 40 - 50 (lead) engineers. Besides the day-to-day management of this group, I'm also responsible for: - Resource management (hiring new employees, job interviews, asigning the engineers to the projects) - Standardisation (manuals, templates, calculation tools, Eplan, etc.) - Coaching / training of the engineers and lead engineers - Performance Management Cycle (planning / progress / evaluation meetings) - Technical Quality of the engineeringswork
Lead Engineer of several crane projects all around the world. I'm responsible for the complete technical design and realisation of the electrical, automation and visualisation systems of these cranes. I have the lead over a group of engineers to realize these projects.
