Assisting Sun Media with all aspects of Human Resources including coaching, counselling and assisting employees and managers on employee relations issues, assisting in the administration of collective agreements, managing the Health & Safety and Safety Group Program, fulfilling the management co-chair responsibilities for the JHSC, assisting with the administration of the Sun Media Pension and Benefit Plans, managing and delivering the New Employee Orientation program, preparation and retrieval of statistical reporting, gathering and preparing corporate statistics and conducting analysis of reports and trends, developing job postings, processing applications, interviewing and assisting with the selection of candidates. I have also created a Human Resources Portal where employees can go to access forms and find information relating to the organization.
