I believe technology only fulfills its true potential when it serves people — all people. Over 26 years at SAP, I've had the privilege of leading innovation at the intersection of enterprise technology and human impact — from my early days as a software developer at SAP Labs India to becoming its first woman Managing Director, and now serving as Global Head of Customer Innovation Services on Thomas Saueressig's global leadership team. My connection to Germany runs deep — I spent years at SAP's headquarters in Walldorf bringing the Intelligent Enterprise vision to life, and today I serve as President of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, driving bilateral trade and innovation between India and Germany. I also serve as Chairperson of NASSCOM, Independent Director at Siemens India, and on the WEF AI Advisory Council for AI for India 2030 — each a platform to shape technology's role in building a more equitable and innovative future. I have had the honour of being recognised among the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Business by Fortune magazine for three consecutive years — but what I'm most proud of is building teams and systems where everyone belongs. Follow me for perspectives on enterprise technology, AI, inclusive leadership, and the India-Germany innovation corridor.
