Driving Sustainability Strategy and Mission. Assure EHS Management system. Supporting Compliance Management towards stakeholders requirements.
Develop and implement EH&S Strategic Plan for EMEA region; Analyze and advise the organization on impact of business decisions in EH&S; Organizational goal setting and standardization; Leadership and development of 5 direct reports and more that 70 functional reports; Establishment of project requirements, investment plans and tech. roadmaps with top management;
Management and guidance of multidisciplinary teams with more than 20 EHS specialists from all YEL manufacturing plants located in Europe and North Africa. Responsible for implementing and audit the YEL EHS management system assuring a matrix certification by ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
Establish and maintain the European ISMS for all Yazalki European operations based on ISO 27001; Report and follow up corrective actions and improvement activities resulting from audits by customer, 3rd party of internal assessments; Initiate and manage improvement teams or task forces; Implementation and operations of a Security Incident Management System including Reporting.
Coordination and guidance of multidisciplinary teams with more than 20 EH&S experts from all manufacturing plants located in Europe and North Africa. Responsible for implementing and audit the YEL EH&S management system (headquarter and manufacturing level) assuring a matrix certification by ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
Responsible for the coordination of a multidisciplinary EH&S team of 2 manufacturing units, with more than 8000 workers, according to the ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
Responsible for verifying the compliance of the EH&S legal requirements and EH&S Plans in medium/large construction projects.
