Responsible for executing the project within HVAC & Mechanical Engineering DPS, for the new MSD TBC3 Expansion Facility at Boxmeer. * Engineering & Consultancy HVAC/Mechanical and Utilities installations for the MSD Clean Rooms and Offices area. At Boxmeer.
Managing and Coordination of: • Maintenance and repair of plants in the area of production and building services (air conditioning, water / wastewater, compressed air, steam) • Conducting and coordinating repairs and maintenance in coordination and collaboration with TechOps-Facility Services • Performing installation work • Troubleshooting, standby operations if necessary • Execution of metal work, production of workpieces, spare parts • Execution of all work in compliance with the drug legislation (GMP), partly in sterile areas (clean room) • Collaboration on new technical acquisitions and other technical projects • Focus on continuous improvement through MPS tools and close collaboration with other site departments • Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS compliance requirements
