Managing the activities related to our private domain Ponderosa. Started a long term project with a total restructuring of the ecological footprint of the domain and the grounds around it. Removal of pine trees, american oak(none native) and replace them with native trees like hazel, summer oak etc. Created and maintain a natural pool, that improves the diversity of animals. Removal of several none natural structures, like buildings, fences, to return to the most natural environment possible. All in good cooperation with the municipality and the regional landscaping foundation " de lage Kempen". we also have a small scale shelter for animals, small farm and domesticated.

Managing Safety Health and Environment for the Business Group (BG) Consumer Products EMEA. The subject matter expert and contributor to the decision-making process on all matters relating to SHE for the BG and the whole organization. Following internal and external, international and local SHE trends and development, including regulations, assess their relevance to the BG and the whole organization and keeping the management team fully informed. I define and keep the BG SHE policy and management system up-to-date based on corporate procedures and the industry trends that are identified. Keeping the communication flowing and providing training materials and workshops to support any new implementation, as well supporting the BG OpCo managements in the development of an effective organizational SHE structure, culture and workforce. A member of the SHE Council that develops our in-house Foqus SHE standard. Lead SHE auditor for total RFC. 100% of all goals, that where set, achieved.
